Quality Assurance Tester [2013 - 2014]
In this role, I ensured the stability of live updates by executing rigorous test plans and performing directed ad-hoc testing. I managed the defect lifecycle through JIRA, responsible for finding, reporting, and verifying fixes during standard maintenance windows. Beyond technical testing, I served as a bridge between the players and the development team—providing direct customer support for IAP and technical issues while offering qualitative feedback to developers to improve overall product features.
