In this role, I oversaw the project’s strategic direction, managing the overall vision, schedule, and milestone deliverables. I developed comprehensive project management frameworks, including risk assessment plans and Quality Assurance strategies, while conducting competitive analysis to ensure market fit.
On the creative side, I actively participated in the design process to align mechanics with the project vision. I collaborated on enemy AI and combat interactions, specifically designing the multi-phase "Junker" mini-boss encounter. Additionally, I introduced tactical depth to the combat system by designing a weapon gauge and cooldown feature to improve gameplay pacing.
