Producer | Quality Assurance Lead [2014 - 2016]

In this role, I balanced production oversight with hands-on quality assurance leadership to ensure the delivery of stable, high-quality products. As a Producer, I managed team backlogs and tracked development schedules, collaborating directly with artists, engineers, and designers to remove roadblocks and maintain sprint momentum.

Simultaneously, I drove the Quality Assurance strategy, managing the full testing lifecycle from initial estimation to final release. I created and maintained comprehensive test cases, managed the JIRA bug database, and organized internal playtests. My responsibilities culminated in release management, where I prioritized critical bugs, approved release candidate builds, and managed the physical QA lab infrastructure to support the development team.
